Can I use a gift card on my order?

Yes, you can use your gift card on one of our websites.  It couldn’t be simpler:

- When you place your order, at the payment method selection stage, click on the section offering you the option to use a gift card.

- You need to enter the number on your gift card and a verification code. You can then apply the changes and return to your order summary.

By default, the gift card total will be deducted from your order subtotal.

Please note that, after three failed attempts, for security reasons, you will not be able to use your gift card for another 24 hours.

Your gift card can also be used to pay for shipping charges.

If you return one or more items, you will receive a credit note corresponding to the value of the returned goods.
