You may receive part of your order for various reasons:
- Check your order shipping email that all your ordered items have been sent. It is possible that one or more items were not available when your order was prepared. In this case, the items that have not been delivered will be automatically refunded.
- Due to the type of articles ordered, it may be that your order is delivered in separate parcels on different days.
Please contact our Customer Service team if all items should have been in the parcel. Please make sure to hold on to the parcel and all documents in it.
