What should I do if I receive a product other than what I have ordered?

If you receive a product which you did not order, please contact our Customer Service, who will advise you of the next steps to take.

Please do NOT return the items to our warehouse yourself. If you do so we won't be able to help you with the matter. We are not able to refund any return costs.
