You should allow an average of 10 working days* (*excluding weekends and public holidays) following receipt of your parcel at our warehouse for your return to be processed and the refund to be made.
We will then send an automatic confirmation e-mail to you.
If, after this period, you have still received no refund confirmation e-mail, please contact our customer service team and notify us of a tracking number (for example, the number given to you by your postal service) or, failing this, proof of consignment, together with the references of the returned items. If no such proof is provided, we will be unable to respond to your request.
