To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in its original packaging along with all instructions for use, accessories, and original barcodes and labels. In the case of an item that is damaged, worn or returned without its original packaging, Element reserves the right to refuse to refund any items that do not meet these conditions.
For orders placed as a member of our loyalty program, please follow the instructions below to create your prepaid return label. Members who make a return without using our prepaid return label, will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred.
For orders placed as a guest, please follow the guest return instructions below. Please note returns are at your expense.
How do I return items ordered as guest?
If you joined our loyalty program after making your purchase, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please return as a guest.
Multiple orders must be returned separately. Please ensure your order is returned with the correct return label that came with your order otherwise the refund process may be delayed.
In the case of a return, any discount and voucher (value of the reward voucher) expire. Only the amount paid for the article will be refunded, not the savings from the reward voucher.
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact our customer service team and await instructions on how to return it, otherwise, we will not be responsible for the return costs.
